Walker was a born in 1976 in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, United States of America. She is a native American born with African American roots. The parents of her are Harvey Welker who is Native American and Julie Welker who is African-American. The mother of the family is an agent while her father works as a civil engineer. She attended the Germantown Friends School, located in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood in 1994. After that, in 1998, she graduated at Harvard College with a Bachelor's degree. Welker is married to John Hughes a well-known marketing director at Merck in Philadelphia and the couple has two kids. They began to have an affair. John, her husband is a year younger than her. Due to their relationship being so prosperous, they chose to move on to the next level. The month of March 2017 was when the couple tied the knot. Philadelphia Pennsylvania hosted their wedding.
