
King Von was actually Dayvon Daquan Bennett. He was born in Chicago on the 9th of August 1994 to Walter as well as Taesha. Through his mother, he had three siblings, while from his father , he had six half-siblings. Because his father spent so long in prison, Bennett was mostly taken by his mother. He was 11 when his father was shot and killed. Bennett aged 16 at the time he was in jail to the very first time. This was not one of the many times he had to go with the law. Afterward, he earned a few college credits at South Suburban College in South Holland, Illinois. To try to reform himself following further legal troubles, Bennett began pursuing his musical career, and was collaborating often with Lil Durk.Although "Welcome to O'Block" was the only album that studio Von released during his lifetime the posthumous album "What it Means to Be King" came out posthumously in the month of March 2022.
